Privacy policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
PinkBreak is a game for iPhone and iPad made by Wize Design LTD. (УАЙЗ ДИЗАЙН ЕООД), a company registered in Bulgaria, UIC (ЕИК) 208682989, VAT number BG208682989, with its registered office at 133 Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., BIC IZOT, office 427, Mladost, 1784 Sofia, Bulgaria ("we" in this policy). We are the controller of personal data processed through the app. This policy explains what data the game uses, why, and the choices you have. In short: your game stays on your phone, we don't run our own servers or accounts, and the ads come from Google.
What stays on your phone
Your progress (cleared levels, stars and best times), coins, skins, XP, daily rewards, missions and settings are stored only on your device. We never receive them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Ads (Google AdMob)
PinkBreak is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: ads between levels, and ads you can choose to watch for a reward. To show and measure ads, Google's software in the app may collect:
- device and app information (device model, operating system, app version, language)
- your IP address, from which an approximate location (country or city) can be worked out
- ad interactions (which ads were shown and tapped) and diagnostic data about ad performance
- your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking when iOS asks
Google uses this data to serve ads, limit how often you see them, prevent fraud and measure results, and, where you allow it, to show more relevant ads. Google processes it under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your consent choices
- Europe (EEA), the UK and Switzerland: when you first open the game you are asked, through Google's consent form, whether Google may use personal data for personalised ads. You can change your choice any time from the pause menu (Privacy settings). If you say no, you still get ads, but they are not personalised.
- Tracking (all regions): iOS asks whether PinkBreak may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you say no, the advertising identifier is not shared. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- US state privacy laws: where they apply, you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data for targeted ads through the same Privacy settings, or by not allowing tracking.
Purchases (Apple)
Remove Ads and coin packs are bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment; we never see your card or payment details. The app only receives Apple's confirmation of what was bought, to unlock it. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Leaderboards (Apple Game Center)
If you are signed in to Game Center, your best endless score and total stars are posted to Game Center leaderboards under your Game Center name, visible to other players. Game Center is Apple's service and is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can sign out in Settings → Game Center.
What we don't do
- We don't ask for your name, email or any account.
- We don't use analytics or tracking tools of our own.
- We don't sell your data. (Ad data is handled by Google as described above.)
Children
PinkBreak is a general audience game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required by law where you live). We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we'll help remove it.
Legal bases (EEA and UK)
Personalised ads and the use of identifiers on your device rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Non-personalised ads, fraud prevention and delivering purchases rely on our legitimate interest in offering the game for free and on performing the contract for what you buy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we don't hold your data ourselves, most requests are best handled through the controls above or directly with Google or Apple, but you can always write to us and we'll help. In the EU you can also complain to a data protection authority; in Bulgaria that's the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the app's update notes.
